This website – jamescompton.me – is operated by James Compton, trading as Limitless Leading. We provide professional development services including the Career Dysmorphia Dossier, Evolution Circle, and related programmes.

When you take the Career Dysmorphia Dossier:
- Your first name and email address
- Your diagnostic answers and calculated results
- Timestamps of when you completed each section
This data is stored securely and used solely to deliver your personalised dossier results. Your results page is accessible only via a unique, private link.
When you apply for Evolution Circle:
- Your name and contact details
- Your application responses
- Payment information (processed securely by our payment provider – we do not store card details)
When you book a call:
- Your name, email, and preferred time
Passively collected:
- Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited)
- This information is used for site performance and security, not for tracking or profiling
How We Use Your Information
- To deliver the services you've requested (dossier results, programme access, booking confirmations)
- To send you follow-up emails related to what you've signed up for
- To improve our services based on aggregate, anonymised usage patterns
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Full stop.
Third-Party Services
We use a small number of trusted services to operate this site:
- Vercel – website hosting
- Upstash – secure data storage for dossier sessions
- GoHighLevel – forms, booking, email communications, and payment processing
Each of these services has their own privacy policies. We've chosen them because they take data protection seriously, but we are not responsible for their independent practices. When you interact with embedded forms or booking widgets on our site, your data may be processed by these providers.
Cookies
This site uses minimal cookies – only what's necessary for the site to function (such as maintaining your session while you complete the dossier). We do not use advertising cookies, social media trackers, or third-party analytics cookies.
Email Communications
If you provide your email address – whether through the dossier, an application, or a sign-up form – you may receive emails related to what you signed up for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. If you want off the list, one click and you're done.
